One-on-One Consultation

Before we begin your service, we will conduct a one-on-one consultation. This is an important step to ensure your safety and well-being. During the consultation, we will briefly discuss your health history and any specific concerns you may have. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, so please feel free to share any information that will help us tailor your service to your needs.

Payment and Consent

Payment is due at the time of booking your appointment. We accept various payment methods, including cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, and major debit/credit cards. If you choose to pay with a card, please note that the card must match the name on your driver's license and authorization.

Upon your arrival, we will ask you to sign consent form(s) to ensure that you are fully informed and comfortable with the services you will be receiving. Your safety and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we want to make sure you have complete peace of mind throughout your visit.

Natae’s Touch Massage is conveniently located just outside of Downtown Ann Arbor. Our private spa offers a tranquil and serene environment for your relaxation and rejuvenation. You'll find ample free parking available, so you can easily access our spa without any hassle. Our address is right behind Dairy Queen off of Stadium Blvd.
